Trustline Equity Margin

The very first segment offered by Trustline Margin is ā€˜Equityā€™. The margin offered under the segment equity is of four types:

  • Normal (NRML)
  • MIS (Margin Intraday Square off)
  • CNC (Cash and Carry)
  • BO (Bracket Order)

Letā€™s have a quick discussion about the above four types of margin products offered by the company in the Equity Segment.

Normal (NRML):

In the equity segment, NRML margin is offered by the company up to 5x on selected stocks. It is used for the overnight position of options and futures. If a trader does not want any extra leverage to trade, he/she can use product type as NRML.

It will save the trade from auto square off before closing of the market. Since the position is not for intraday, the margin offered in this product type will be as per overnight position.

MIS:

This type of margin is used for trading in equity intraday. MIS means ā€˜Margin Intraday Square Offā€™.

Generally, this margin type is used for intraday trading in Equity, intraday F&O, Intraday Commodities. Intraday leverage offered by the company is between 4 to 20 times based on the stock you are trading.

CNC:

CNC stands for ā€˜Cash and Carryā€™.

This margin type is used just to buy and sell a share on the same trading day. If you are using CNC code, it means you are using the equity in delivery.

BO:

BO means ā€˜Bracket Orderā€™. It also an intraday trade like Cover order with an essential and compulsory stop-loss order.

Trustline F&O Margin

The second trading segment in which Trusline offers margin to the clients is ā€˜Derivatives & Currency Futureā€™.

Trustline Margin offers three margin types under this segment.

  • NRML

  • BO/CO

The margin value under all above margin types differs from one another. The value of the margin depends on the volatility of the stock, market condition, lot size etc.

  • MIS
